DescriptionAll the maps produced under the Virtual Shanghai project are copyright protected. They are produced in digital format only. They can be obtained in high resolution for printing or publication purposes provided due credit is given to the author and to the Virtual Shanghai platform. For publication on line, a link to the Virtual Shanghai platform (http://virtualshanghai.net) needs to be activated from the credit mention. For a print publiation, the name and URL of the Virtual Shanghai platform must appear in the credit mention. Pricing policy: reproduction of VS maps for individual academic purposes (including teaching), either on line or in print, is usually free of charge. If the map is reproduced in print or electronic format by an academic publisher, a nominal fee will be charged. All other uses are subject to prior approval by the editor of the Virtual Shanghai platform. All commercial use will be charged at standard commercial rates.
